Getting Started

The Marketplace Admin Portal enables Platform Admins to access a centralized dashboard for monitoring marketplace activity, reviewing store performance, and managing platform settings.

To access the portal, you must have valid Platform Admin credentials. After successful login, you are redirected to the Dashboard, where you can view key marketplace insights at a glance.

Steps to Login​

  1. Open the Torry Harris Marketplace Admin Portal login page.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Login.

After successful authentication, the system redirects you to the Admin Dashboard. If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

Dashboard Overview​

The Dashboard provides a quick summary of marketplace activity and highlights important operational metrics. You can use this page to monitor platform status, review store activity, and access administrative functions.

Active Stores​

This section displays the number of currently active stores and the maximum allowed stores. A visual indicator helps administrators quickly understand current platform usage.

Statistics​

The Statistics section provides store-level details such as:

  • Store name
  • Number of product templates
  • Number of products
  • Number of vendors
  • Number of orders

This helps administrators compare marketplace activity across different stores.

Performance​

The Performance section provides a quick snapshot of store activity based on order volume, helping identify which stores are performing well.

Orders​

The Orders section summarizes order activity across the platform, including:

  • Orders received
  • Orders in progress
  • Orders fulfilled
  • Orders cancelled
  • Total orders

This gives administrators visibility into the order lifecycle.

The left-side navigation menu allows quick access to important sections of the portal:

  1. Dashboard – View marketplace overview and statistics
  2. Stores – Manage and monitor stores
  3. Settings – Configure platform settings
